1. A magnificient main Gate with beautiful and Artistic Minars to built. It will add beauty and Glamour to Khanka.

2. A masjid will be constructed to accommodate about 2000 Nanazis. The masjid will be furnished with A.C., Fans, Coolers and gezers and wall to wall carpets, Wazo- Khana and Taharat Khana will be pars of Masjid. It will give reflection of Middle East Masjids and of India. It will cover area of 125 x 125 sq. feet.

Hujra

3. A Hujra is a part and parcel of every Khanka where the Darwesh sits and medidates in isolation. The sufis and devotees pay a visit to Babas Sahab and take his blessings.

Musafir Khana

4.A large number of pilgrims visit Baba Sahab from different parts of India which comprises men, whomen and children. Most people come with their families from villages, towns and cities. They lodge at Khanka for many days. So a Musafir Khan is must for pilgrims. The musafirkhana will be facilitat4ed with modern and hygienic toilets and bathrooms with round the clock supply of water. 30 rooms will be constructed with attached latrines and bathrooms, A big meeting hall, guests room, library and a media chamber will be build over the Musafir Khana.

Langer Khana

5.A spacious Langer Khana will be build for visitors and pilgrims. Meals will be served in morning and evening. The sufferers, hungry and beggars will be fed too. A systematic arrangement will be made to cook food and to serve all irrespective of status. A committee of Trustees will after this arrangement. All building will be build over 5 Bigahs of land which has been already bought for Khanka and a further deal to buy 5 Bigah of extra land is under process.
